A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
OFFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGING THE CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATION OF
THE CANVASS AND DECLARATION OF RESULTS, ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A," OF THE CITY OF MIAMI REFERENDUM
SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON AUGUST 20, 2024.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby officially acknowledges the City Clerk's
Certification of the Canvass and Declaration of Results, attached and incorporated as Exhibit
"A," of the City of Miami Referendum Special Election held on August 20, 2024.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.'
