1. Resolution of the Wynwood Business Improvement District ("BID") of the City of Miami, Florida to ratify the
Wynwood Business Improvement District ("BID") of the City of Miami, Florida to ratify the re -location of the
Wynwood BID offices to 110-120 NW 25 St. Miami, FL 33127 at $53.73 per square foot, totaling $59,100
yearly.

donation IV on behalf of the City of Miami's District 5's Wynwood Business Improvement District, totaling

transect to be built to 5 stories by right and 8 stories including bonuses.

recommending the approval of David Lerner, David Lombardi and selection of new member to the Wynwood

designee, for their subsequent Commissioner support and subsequent approval prior to presenting to City of
Miami Commission, in light of annual sunsetting of Committee.

8. Resolution of the Wynwood Resolution of the Wynwood Business Improvement District ("BID") of the City
of Miami, Florida recommending the approval of the City of Miami's Legal Department Wynwood Public
Benefit Trust Fund Ordinance amendment to hereby established a trust fund to be entitled the E"NRD-1 Public
Benefits Trust Fund," into which funds shall be deposited pursuant to this article. (b) Upon receipt of funds for
any project within the NRD-1 boundaries, the city department of finance shall deposit such funds into the
NRD-1 Public benefits trust fund. The NRD-1 Public benefits trust fund shall be a qualified public depository
held by the BID. The BID may invest surplus funds pursuant to the City's investment policy and Section
218.415, Florida Statutes.
