HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit K - River Quad RDIA FLUM Change (Obsolete)— Expansion of River Quadrant Residential Density Increase Area Legal Description Commence at the existing southeast corner of the River Quadrant Residential Density Increase Area in the Miami River and traverse easterly along the Miami River until reaching the centerline of the South Miami Avenue bridge and then turn north to head northward along the centerline of the South Miami Avenue bridge until reaching the Interstate 95 on ramps and then turn west traversing the Interstate 95 on ramps westerly until reaching the existing northeast boundary corner of the River Quadrant Residential Density Increase Area and traverse southward along the existing eastern boundary of the River Quadrant Residential Density Increase Area until reaching the point of beginning for a total area of 2.53 acres as measured in GIS including rights -of -way.
