2035 Future Land Use
Map Series
The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) is adopted into the Miami
Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan (MCNP). The FLUM is the
future -oriented growth management tool the City uses to guide
development activities. Please refer to the Future Land Use
Element of the MCNP to find the Interpretation of the Future
Land Use Map. This offers the official explanation and regulations
pertinent to each Future Land Use designation.
For zoning designations, please refer to the City's official zoning
atlas. For land development regulations specific to each zoning
designation, please refer to the City's adopted zoning ordinance.
Use the map to the right as a guide to navigate this map series.
Each page of this series is dedicated to one individual grid cell.
However, other grid cells may be visible on the edges of each
page.

The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) is adopted into the Miami
Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan (MCNP). The FLUM is the
future -oriented growth management tool the City uses to guide
development activities. Please refer to the Future Land Use
Element of the MCNP to find the Interpretation of the Future
Land Use Map. This offers the official explanation and regulations
pertinent to each Future Land Use designation.
For zoning designations, please refer to the City's official zoning
atlas. For land development regulations specific to each zoning
designation, please refer to the City's adopted zoning ordinance.
Use the map to the right as a guide to navigate this map series.
