TRANSECT ZONE - LIMITED, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3265 BIRD AVENUE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED EXHIBIT "A"; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
