The applicant submitted the enclosed 30-page Concept Book, which includes the updated 22-pages as well the unchanged 8-pages from the Concept Book, into the record at the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board meeting on September 20, 2023. Upon approval, the com• ete 30-page Concept Book for the Miami Design District SAP will be provided to the City CIS s Office for distribution to the Mayor and all Commissioners.
