In collaboration with the City of Miami, Capri Construction, and Restos Service Plus. • Anticipated Construction Completion IN PROGRESS: (to include monument and pavers) — Construction/Installation • Construction fencing installed August 2023. December 2023 • Mobilization permit approved 9/20/23. The contractor coordinated the start date with the MOT vendor and Police Special Events. • Construction commenced 10/3/223. Original estimated completion October 2023 and final inspections originally anticipated mid -November 2023. Monument relocated to site by contractor 10/31/23. • Parks and Recreation staff assisted contractor by renewing Police Special Events permit needed for traffic control during construction phase, due to installation not being completed within 30 days.
