Construction Documents (CD) Design - 8/10/23 to Present (Alleguez Architecture, Inc.)
• Notice to Proceed to begin CD design phase issued 8/10/23.
• Comparative assessment received 8/31/23 with recommended spatial distribution. Revision #1 received 9/29/23. A meeting was held with
Parks and the consultant on 10/16/23 to discuss comments and items to be addressed.
• Parks initiated the rezoning process with the Planning Department in September 2023. (Target completion — April 2024)
• Consultant provided updated tree report and first submittal of design (schematic/site design renderings including ROW
improvements) received 10/25/23. Currently under review by Parks. Preparing posters for display at community input meeting.
• Community input meeting scheduled for Monday, 10/30/23 at 6:00 pm onsite. Flyers are currently being distributed, and a banner is installed
on -site.
• Parks met with the Resiliency & Public Works Department to discuss right-of-way improvements to be incorporated into the design. A second
meeting will be scheduled after the community input meeting to present a revised sketch for approval to move forward with the construction
documents design.

• Monument donated by Gallegos Forever and Aegusa. In collaboration with the City of Miami, Capri Construction, and Restos Service Plus.
• Ongoing coordination discussions with donating organizations and contractors regarding plans for monument installation and mobilization plan
needed for construction.

• Pre -construction meeting held July 2023. Construction fencing was installed in August 2023.
• Mobilization permit approved 9/20/23. A building permit was pulled by the contractor. The contractor coordinated the start date with the MOT
vendor and Police.
