Dr. Suarez -Menendez, has been an asset to all of us thanks to his professionalism, his commitment to the City and to the avenue; he has been present each time that he has been called to has contributed in making our building a small gem; he has also showered us with his generosity in times that we have needed the parking space for works in our building. Years back as AT&T was in the need to provide a better service to the Financial District and our property was the most efficient location, he without any monetary interest allowed AT&T to use his parking lot for the materials and equipment until their tower was erected and place to work and better the service for all; last year when we did a new roof in our building, again he graciously let us have his parking spaces for materials, and workers which made our project a breeze by having all so close to us. Again he did not look for any monetary compensation, he simply believes in his core values and in the well been of the area. Allowing Dr. Suarez -Menendez to use his dwelling for the Medical Office project does not present any negative impact in our quality of life by the contraire it is a small oasis in the midst of all the concrete around.
