AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A",
FURTHER RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTANCE OF THE
VOLUNTARILY PROFFERED COVENANT, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS
EXHIBIT "B"; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
