A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COUNCIL FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Arts and
Entertainment Council, to serve for a term ending May 11, 2024, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
