This letter is in reference to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Lease No. DTFASO-09-L-
0004, covering the Very High Frequency (VHF) Omni -directional Range (VOR) navigational
aid site at Perrine (Virginia Key), FL.
The Government has a continuing requirement for this navigational aid for the benefit of the
general flying public. We appreciate the use of the property and our intent is to negotiate a new
lease agreement under similar terms and conditions as the existing agreement. We respectfully
request the renewal via succeeding Lease No. 69435Z-19-L-00067 of the previous 20-year lease
agreement.
In summary, the facility site contains approximately 1.277 acres, with associated shared access
road of approximately 1.570 acres, and an exclusive restrictive aerial easement within a 1,000
foot radius of the property.
• Term of the proposed agreement is 20 years.
• Lease consideration to be $36,602.40 annually.
• The FAA shall also have the right to make alteration, attach fixtures, erect additions,
structures, or signs, in or upon the leased premises.
