Miami 21 Code — 7.1.2.6 Exception 4. As appropriate to the nature of the Exception involved and the particular circumstances of the case, the following criteria shall apply to an application for an Exception. The application shall be reviewed for compliance with the regulations of this Code and a traffic study shall be provided as required by the Planning Director.
