A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Bayfront
Park Management Trust, to serve for a term ending February 9, 2024, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
Section 2. The employment waiver contained in Section 2-884(e) of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a four -fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members
of the City Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Mercedes
Rodriguez as a member of the Bayfront Park Management Trust.

review and approval.
