Hannon, City Clerk FROM: Victoria Mendez, City Attorney for DATE: February 17, 2023 RE: Resolution No. R-23-0076 — Amendment No. 1 to the RFQ No. 16-17-006 PSA, for Additional Work for the Southwest Streetscape and Street Tree Master Plan Services File No. 13190 At its February 9, 2023, meeting, the City Commission adopted the above referenced Agenda Item RE.2 authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. I to the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") No. 16-17-006 Professional Services Agreement ("PSA") with Curtis & Rogers Design Studio, Inc., a Florida for -profit corporation, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, for additional work concerning the Southwest Streetscape and Street Tree Master Plan Services, increasing the existing contract capacity by Four Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Four Dollars and Ninety Eight Cents ($432,924.98), thereby increasing the current compensation limit from a not -to -exceed total amount of Six Hundred Ten Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Dollars and Seventy Seven Cents ($610,247.77) to the not -to -exceed total amount of One Million Forty Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and Seventy Five Cents ($1,043,172.75).
