UTILITY EASEMENTS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY,
FROM THE OWNERS OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A",
ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
OF OFFICE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NUMBER 40-B183610;
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL
OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY
ATTORNEY, RELATED TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAID EASEMENTS; FURTHER
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RECORD THE EASEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
