NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission
Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for
the purpose of Master and Business Planning Services ("Services"), and
for waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of
business planning services for Historic Virginia Key Beach Museum. These
Services are to be provided by Lord Cultural Resources Planning & Management
Inc., a Florida profit corporation ("Lord Cultural Resources"), whose
principal address is 3375-G Capital Circle N.E., Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they

A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 9:00 AM at City Hat, located al

the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT
("EASEMENT AGREEMENT") FOR THE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 501 NW 8TH STREET, FOLIO NUMBER 01-0101-010-2031, ("CITY
PROPERTY"), BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI ("GRANTOR") AND
CULMER APARTMENTS, LTD., A FLORIDA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
WHOSE ADDRESS IS 161 NW 6TH STREET, SUITE 1020, MIAMI, FLORIDA
33136 ("GRANTEE"), IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY,
OVER, ACROSS AND UPON APPROXIMATELY FOUR THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY (4,250) SQUARE FEET, TO PROVIDE FOR: (1) A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE(S) OF CONSTRUCTING

MAINTAIN, OPERATE, MODIFY, REPAIR, AND REPLACE UNDERGROUND
AND RELATED ABOVEGROUND EQUIPMENT, (THE "EQUIPMENT"); AND
(3) A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE ACCESS EASEMENT ON, OVER, AND
ACROSS THE SURFACE OF THE EASEMENT AREA FOR VEHICULAR AND
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS, INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM THE
BENEFITTED PROPERTY, (COLLECTIVELY THE "EASEMENTS"), WITH
TERMS AND CONDITIONS MORE PARTICULARLY SET FORTH IN SAID
EASEMENT AGREEMENT; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS,
