The Downtown Development Authority of the City
of Miami, Florida has tentatively adopted a
measure to increase its property tax levy.
Last year's property tax levy:
A. Initially proposed tax levy 10,601,570
B. Less tax reductions due to Value 300,537
Adjustment Board and other
assessment changes
C. Actual property tax levy 10,301,033
This year's proposed tax levy 11,516,446
All concerned citizens are invited to attend a
public hearing on the tax increase to be held on:
September 22nd, 2022
5:05 P.M.
City Hall, City Commission Chambers
3500 Pan American Drive
Miami, Florida, 33133
A FINAL DECISION on the proposed tax
increase and the budget will be made at this hearing.
