As a homeowner that will be directly impacted by the development I am against the PZA zoning change or building any large structure in that area. The plan is for South B 4. Florida Developers and 360 Builders to build a mix use project with 260 units with 1078 potential for more with up -zoning (https://thereaLdeaLcom/miami/2021/01/29/ocean- 7 : bank-sells-miami-dev-site-for-14m-buyer-plans-mixed-use-project/) We have enough Land hotels in the area and this project would bring more traffic to our already congested Use neighborhood, not to mention that LeJeune and NW 7th is a dangerous intersection No as it is. I don't want to look out East and have a building blocking my view of a 601 beautiful Miami sunset, nor do I want people looking down at my property. Just like NW the rest of Miami all our skylines are being replaced by buildings and ruining the view 43 that Miami provides. Listen to your residents and not to the deep pockets of lobbyist Ave that are probably going to buy you out to build an extravagant horrible building where it should not be built. Thank you for your time. PZA B 4. 1078 7: Land Use 601 NW 43 Ave We are very concerned about the approval to build Miami City Center. I am advocating for the residents living at Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon (5617 NW 7 Street Miami, FL 33126), which is an assisted living community with 350 residents. Our residents already face the challenges of being in a high -traffic area where they experience accidents often as cars don't respect the waking passways. Miami City Center wilt bring more traffic, with not only its residents, but delivery trucks in and out all day servicing the commercial area. What streets are we using to move this amount of people daily? The already busy 7 Street? Also, do you think that 2,589 parking spaces are enough for 1,333 residential units, where in Miami each household has at Least two cars? Plus all the daily visitors to the commercial area? We would Like to see a comprehensive plan not just for the construction of Miami City Center, but for how they plan to manage traffic in the area, the in and out to and from Miami City Center. We hope that the new project considers the well-being of the current residents in the area, and offers solutions. PZA B 4. 1078 Concerned with the elderly population that Lives in this community. The elderly walk 7 : in the area with the increase in traffic, there wilt be an increase in accidents on 7th Land and 57th Ave. Currently the traffic is unbearable and there have been multiple elderly Use residents being runned over. There is independent elderly building and an Assisted Living Facility on the side entrance Located on 5617 NW 7th St. We are very 601 concerned what this new Land use and increase in population will do to the safety of NW our vulnerable population. 43 Ave End of Report No No
