of the =1.75 gross acre property located north of NW 6 Street, easy of 43 Avenue, and nest of
NW 42 Avenue its the City of Miami (the x'Citv"). further identified by Miami -Dade County Folio
Fos. 01-4145-03l-0140, 01-4105-03 l-0130. 01-1105-031-0120. 01-4105-031-01 t0. and a portion
of 01--1LQ5-031-0080 (collectively referenced as the'' Property:,) If you have not already received
it. you will soon be receiving a notice in the mail for a City of Miami meeting regarding a Future
Land Use Map ("PLUM") Amendment and Rezoning application that have been fried to re-
designate the Propertys FLUM designation from -Low Density Restricted Commercial" to
=`Mediut ] Density Restricted Commercial" and a rezoning request from "T4-L" to " T5-L".
The purpose of this letter is two -fold. First and foremost. we wanted to introduce ourselves
and provide you with our contact information. Secondly. we wanted to invite you to a neignbofs
meeting we are hosting on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The meeting
will like place at Ls Rosa Restaurant located at 4041 NW 7 Street in the City orMiami. The
purpose of this weetitg will be to provide you with information on the requests and to answer and
discuss any questions. comments. or concerns you may have. While we look forward to meeting
