Begin with 2.B. as your first deliverable and then enter each successive deliverable, identified alphabetically: 2.C., 2.D., 2.E., and so on. Whenever possible, it is highly recommended that the deliverables submitted to DEO as part of your subrecipient agreement, mirror the draft scope of work you use to solicit proposals from contractors (if applicable). Using this method simplifies the review and reimbursement process. On rare occasions, percentage reimbursement payments may be approved. Any percentage reimbursement payment proposal must be detailed and must clearly identify and document specific items completed, prior to reimbursement. If administrative costs were included as part of your original application, they are limited to a maximum of 5% of total CDBG-MIT funds EXPENDED. If expenditures are lower than your original estimate, the amount of administration costs allowed will be reduced accordingly. In your submission simply state "date of execution + time frame". We will add actual dates during the execution routing after checking with you to ensure they still apply. DELIVERABLES 2.B. - Program Implementation (If you requested Activity Delivery funds or Grant Administration funds, identify the line item associated with those expenses.) If you did not have any of these items in your original budget request, just leave this section blank as these costs are not eligible for reimbursement. 2.B.1. General grant management, maintain project records, prepared and submitted invoices, conducted required review of Davis -Bacon payroll(s), responded to citizen complaints, coordinate/conduct community events/meetings specifically related to the project (start on execution of agreement date - end at grant closeout). Estimated cost $37,397. Cannot exceed 5% of CDBG-HUD expenditures. 2.B.2. Project/Construction management - Overall management of project activities, schedules, record review, development, scoring, selecting contractors and monitoring/reviewing contractor deliverables. This will support both construction segments: a) from NW 27th Ave to NW 32nd Ave and b) from NW 32" Ave to 37`h Ave - (Start on execution of agreement date - end at grant closeout). Estimated Cost $121,696. 2.B.3. Conduct complete environmental review / assessment in accordance with 24 CFR Part 58 (Start on execution of agreement date - end 180 days after execution of agreement date). 2.C. - Engineering and Design (May include multiple tasks if project has many components which will be performed independent of one another.) • N/A 2.D. - Construction (No construction or contract / agreement for construction may begin or be signed until environmental review/assessment is completed and Notice to Proceed/Release of funds has been received.) 2.D.1.
