Purpose of Item:
A resolution of the Miami City Commission to authorize the City Manager to accept
perpetual sidewalk easements from Intertel Enterprises Inc for 2290 NW N River Drive
and from Cristian R. Prieto Olozaga and Maria E Olozaga for 1651 NW 22nd Place for
ongoing Capital Improvement Project 40-B183603 in the construction phase.
Background of Item:
Perpetual sidewalk easements are required from the private property owners for the
abutting properties having the street addresses of 2290 NW N River Drive and 1651
NW 22nd Place, allowing the City access and use of the property for the construction
and maintenance of ongoing Capital Improvement Project 40-B183603 Miami River
Greenway-Curtis Park East .

A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT PERPETUAL SIDEWALK AND UTILITIES EASEMENTS, IN
FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FROM THE PRIVATE PROPERTY
OWNERS OF 2290 NORTHWEST NORTH RIVER DRIVE AND 1651 NORTHWEST 22
PLACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, ALLOWING THE CITY OF MIAMI ACCESS AND USE OF
THE PROPERTIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF OFFICE OF
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 40-B183603 AND ENSURING PUBLIC
INGRESS AND EGRESS.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami's ("City") Office of Capital Improvements Project No. 40-
B183603, Miami River Greenway-Curtis Park East ("Project"), includes roadway widening, new
drainage, decorative sidewalks, signage, pavement markings, lighting, and landscaping; and
WHEREAS, perpetual sidewalk easements are required from the private property
owners of 2290 Northwest North River Drive and 1651 Northwest 22 Place, Miami, Florida to
allow the City access and use of the properties for the construction and maintenance of the
Project and to ensure public ingress and egress;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are
adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City Manager is authorized' to accept perpetual sidewalk and utilities
easement, in forms acceptable to the City Attorney, from the private property owners of 2290
Northwest North River Drive and 1651 Northwest 22 Place, Miami, Florida.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
