Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on April 28,
2022 for the purpose of granting a permanent utility easement located at 1250 NW 20 Street, a City -owned
property, to Florida Power and Light ("FPL").
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive,
Miami, Florida, 33133 for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF
EASEMENT ON CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED ON A PORTION OF THE CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY AT 1250 NW 20 STREET FOLIO NUMBER 01-3135-001-0010,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, ("PROPERTY") TO FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ("FPL"),
OF APPROXIMATELY TWO HUNDRED NINETY (290) SQUARE FOOT EASEMENT
("EASEMENT"), FOR A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ON THE
PROPERTY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC AND APPURTENANT ABOVE GROUND EQUIPMENT
WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR
ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect
to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person
shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony
and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
