APPROVED: �� Miriam Santana, Agenda Coordinator Date JZ/EG/TM/mtm 4/11/2022 CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for Airtraq video laryngoscope and camera system, from Mercury Medical, located at 11300 49th Street North, Clearwater, FL 33762, for a period of one (1) year, renewable annually and subject to budgetary approval. Funds will be allocated from Account Code No. 00001.184010.552100.0000.00000. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact James Justin Griffin, City of Miami Procurement Department, at (305) 416-1949. All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
