Dear Mr. Chairman and Board Members: On June 12, 2021, Buena Vista Stakeholders and Buena Vista Heights Neighborhood Association board members met to discuss the application. On July 14, 2021, Buena Vista Stakeholders had an advertised virtual community meeting wherein the applicant made a presentation to the residents, and the residents, in turn, were able to ask questions and give comments to the applicant's attorney, Mr. William Riley, Jr. There were very few objectors to the application. On July 25, 2021, the Buena Vista Stakeholders board members present voted unanimously to approve the change in rezoning from T3-L to T4-L for BOTH parcels, located at 20 NW 42 Street and 19 NW 41 Street, and denial of the request to change the zoning from T4-L to T5-0 for the parcel located at 413E North Miami Avenue.
