the requirements for formal sealed bids, for the sole source purchase of benchmarking software,
including a 24/7 help desk, from Touchstone IQ, LLC. Attached is the advertisement.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the
requirements of obtaining sealed bids for a Building Benchmarking and Performance
Software Solution, from Touchstone IQ LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company
located at 1635 Blake St., STE 200, Denver, CO 80202, for period of four(4) years, with
an option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods, and subject to budgetary
approval.
Funds will be allocated from Account Code No. 310000.281000.670000.0000.00000
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able
to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Eduardo J. Falcon, City of
Miami Procurement Department, at (305) 416-1901.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect
to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person
shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony
and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
