Hannon, City Clerk FROM: Victoria Mendez, City Attorney J " for DATE: May 4, 2022 RE: Resolution No. 22-0138 — Allocate HOME Program Income/Recaptured Fund File No. 11421 At its April 14, 2022, meeting, the City Commission adopted the above referenced agenda item, PH.1, allocating Home Investment Partnerships program funds generated from February 1, 2021, to October 31, 2021, in the amount of $106,028.49 and an additional amount of $888,496.63 of recaptured funds, for a total amount of $994,525.12, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute any and all necessary documents for said purpose. The item inadvertently contained an incorrect description of the effective date of the Resolution in Section 4. The Legislation has been corrected and incremented to Revision A. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The allocation of the Funds to the eligible HOME activities specified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, is authorized.' Section 3. The City Manager is authorized' to negotiate and execute any and all necessary documents, all in forms acceptable to the City Attorney, for said purpose. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. 1 The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all legal requirements that may be imposed, including but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and City Code provisions.
