HomeMy WebLinkAboutBack-Up DocumentsPADL Paddle Share Proposal for City of Miami We are pleased to offer PADL as a paddle share option for all current and future residents and visitors of City of Miami at various parks within the City. Our paddle share services are provided to your residents and visitors through our self -serve paddle sport rental stations. A four (4) board rack is on each solar powered station, and check in / out process is offloaded onto our mobile applications for both iOS and Android. Residents and visitors have the option to sign up for either a monthly or biannual membership, or pay by the hour. Rates are typically $24.99 per month, $79.99 for 6 months, or $15.00 per hour respectively, although they may vary by location. Full Service Customer Support: We're here to help. If there is ever an issue, we have someone ready to answer by phone, email, or in-app request. We also provide on -the -water support via our partner Sea -Tow. System Maintenance: PADL will routinely check the station, boards, paddles, and safety equipment to ensure they are in clean and in operable condition. Safety: Our platform is equipped and ready with real-time GPS tracking, in-app waivers and safety videos, personal flotation devices, and lockdown during inclement weather. Insurance: We will maintain an active commercial liability insurance policy with City of Miami listed as additional insured. Cost and Revenue Share Cost: PADL will cover all costs related to the equipment, installation, operation of the paddle share operation. Revenue Share: For providing access to operate, we offer a 20% revenue share to City of Miami. Full service outlined above will be provided.
