The proposed FLR and density have the potential to result in an increase of approximately 6,000 daily trips and 640 P.M. peak hour trips. Based on this preliminary analysis, additional information is needed to help determine the impact of this application. At the time of redevelopment, a traffic study may be required. The traffic study should include traffic mitigation if significant impacts to operating levels of service are identified. Furthermore, as the site is in the immediate vicinity of ramps serving 1-195, an FDOT maintained roadway, coordination with FDOT is required.
