These applications are scheduled for first reading by the City Commission at the July 22, 2021, City Commission meeting. The purpose of this letter is to notify the Planning Department that the applicant is seeking a waiver of any applicable time limits between petitions for rezoning for the Properties from the City Commission pursuant to Section 7.1.2.8.g.7 of Miami 21.
