Please vote to DENY the applicant's request for PZ #2 & #3 on the
11/18/21 agenda.

own my luxury home at One Bay Townhomes on lovely peaceful NE 39th
Street which is steps from the proposed changes to my neighborhood.
Please do NOT authorize any intrusion of commercial use nor any up,
zoning in our residential neighborhood.
A 193 foot tower immediately to the south of my home will cast shadow on
over my property and rooftop patio through the enjoyable winter season. All
projects in the neighborhood have been developed within right without any
up -zoning and/or land use changes. Doing so would be a very bad idea for
the residents in Magnolia Park.
l am not able to appear in person at City Hall today. Please accept this
hand delivered letter on my behalf.
