REQUESTING DENIAL OF PZ #3 & #4 on 11/18/21 Commission Agenda
Dear Commissioners:
The Board of One Bay Condominium Townhomes located at 455 NE 39th St opposes the
applicant's request for up -zoning and land use changes from residential to commercial on the
subject seven parcels as defined in the applicant's current proposal.
The entire surrounding area would be greatly negatively impacted by commercial use
encroaching into our community with detrimental effects on our quality of life. Traffic alone is
already some of the worst in Miami trying to depart ork arrive to my home.
Additionally, the proposed buildings would cast shadow on my home across the street.
Please protect the neighborhood and vote NO on the matter before you today. Please
