Our non profit organization, Oolite Arts, is in the process of designing and building a new artists complex in
this neighborhood. It will include a theater and classrooms, along with free studios for artists to work in.
We currently do free art classes in the neighborhood at St Marys. Having housing in the neighborhood
would do a lot to enhance the quality of the neighborhood, and would allow us to arrange for artists to live
nearby the studio complex we are creating.
