Dear Mr. Adams:
Our firm represents The Convent of the Sacred Heart of Miami, Inc. (the "Applicant") in
connection with the above referenced Applications. The Applicant last appeared before the
Historic and Environmental Preservation Board (the "HEPB") on December 3, 2019. At that time,
the Applicant was the contract purchaser of the Property that is the subject of the Applications.
On December 27, 2019, the Applicant purchased the Property under the specific purpose entity
"Woodbine Project, LLC," of which the Applicant is the sole managing member. As such, please
accept this letter as confirmation that the owner of the Property is now Woodbine Project, LLC.
The Applicant remains "The Convent of the Sacred Heart of Miami, Inc.".
For your ease of reference, we are enclosing the following documents:
1. Special Warranty Deeds for the Property; and
2. Sunbiz printout confirming the Applicant is the manager of Woodbine Project, LLC

valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,

land use and environmental ordinances and regulations. (iv) tenants and occupants in possession thereof,
(v) matters created by, through or under Grantee, and (v) all real estate taxes for 2019 and subsequent
years.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of the Property in
fee simple; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the Property; and that
