CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FOR DEVELOPMENTAL IMPACT TO

As of this moment, the information I have is that individuals who need to be sworn -in at City Hall, or who need
to be sworn -in from their remote locations, will be sworn -in sometime after the meeting is called to order and
before the Public Comments are played. An educated case puts that anywhere between 9 am and 10 am.

You may email your presentation via separate email to Assistant City Clerk Nicole Ewan today. Please
reference your File IDs. 1 am copying Assistant City Clerk Ewan in this email so she is aware you will be sending
her a digital copy of your presentation for tomorrow.

The City Manager has indicated that the signed hold harmless agreement required for Planning and Zoning
items in the June 25, 2020 City Commission agenda need to be submitted to the City by 5:00 pm on Monday,
June 22, 2020. This will provide City staff from various departments and all interested parties with notice
regarding whether your agenda item will be heard.
Please email a signed and complete copy as one PDF file to me. I will promptly transmit to the City Attorney's
Office for their review. If you d❑ not provide your signed and completed Hold Harmless by 5:00 pm on
Monday, June 22, 2020, then your agenda item will need to be deferred to a future date.
