Collin,
You have the ability to do one of two things:
1. 2/3 concurrency of everyone that voted, and 100% concurrency of adjacent
properties
2. The City can pass a resolution approving the speed hump after a public hearing

Hello Claudia,
Hope you are doing well. I have a question that was raised regarding speed humps and you may
have an answer for.
Attachment A in the Traffic Flow Modification Criteria states:
100% of the residents/property owners immediately adjacent to the proposed speed humps (one
vote per residence) and two-thirds of the residents/property owners of the block(s) shall concur with
the installation of the speed humps.
Appendix III in the Traffic Flow Modification Criteria states:
2/3 of the residents/property owners of the block(s) concur with the installation of the speedbump.
The questions is which do we follow Attachment A or Appendix III? Attachment A requires 100%
adjacent property owners concur.
Also a follow up question, does a commission resolution eliminate the need for 2/3 of the block
concurrence?
I appreciate the attention to this.
