El economista Ronald Balza destaca:"Algo que me preocupa de reducir Ia discusion sobre eco- nomia a sanciones y acti- vos externos es que, una vez superado el punto, no se haya acordado nada sobre administracion de los recursos publicos, dentro y fuera del terri- torio venezolano, util para resolver problemas criticos. Ha permitido crear una Mesa Nacional de Atencion Social, que de forma paritaria buscara re- cursos para salud y alimen- tacion (...) Es importante lograr un espacio que esperamos sea despolitizado para lograr estas medidas en mate- ria humanitaria, y que sea amplio, que no se utilice como bandera politica. Evidentemente se busca acceso a fondos en materia humanitaria y haremos todo lo que este en nues- tras manos para encontrar estos fondos." Por otra parte, sostiene que se alca nzo "un segundo acuerdo que nos une trans- versalmente a todos los venezolanos, civiles y mi- litares. En esa jornada esta previsto que las partes co- miencen a discutir sobre el "respeto del Estado Cons- titucional de Derecho".
