INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE LITTLE HAITI REVITALIZATION TRUST FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Little Haiti
Revitalization Trust, to serve for an unexpired term ending April 22, 2023, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
