Plat of "MAP OF MIAMI SUBURBAN ACRES", recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 84 Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.

Bearing and coordinates (Northing and Easting) are relative to the Florida State Plane Coordinate System, Florida East Zone 0901, North American Datum
