PARCEL APPORTIONMENT METHODOLOGY
The Cost Apportionment to each Residential Property Use Category shall be apportioned among
the Tax Parcels usfollows:
SECTION D-1. R2SiD6NTIALPROPERTY The Solid Waste Assessment for each Tax Parcel of
Residential Property shall be computed as follows:
(A) The Solid Waste Assessment for each Tax Parcel of Single Family Property shall be computed by
dividing the Solid Waste Assessed Costs by the total niumber of Dwelling Units shown on the Tax
Roll which are attributable toSingle Family Property, and then multiplying such quotient hythe
number of Dwelling Units located on each Tax Parcel of Single Family Property.
(B) Tax Parcels with a Multi -Family Res�dential Property Use Category, and Tax Parcels within the
Single FamQyResidential Property Use CateQo,rydesignated aaCluster Home, Mobile Home,
Condominium or Cooperative shaH not be assessed because the City does not provide service to
them. They shall, however, have service provided by a Commercial Solid Waste Collector as
provided far |ethe City Code.
