Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on May 27,
2021, for the purpose of granting to Lancelot Miami River, LLC ("Lancelot") a release of easement whereby
the City shall release an easement located upon the Lancelot -owned property located at 230 SW 3rd Street,
and in favor of the City -owned property located at 444 and 460 SW 2nd Avenue, with said easement
containing approximately sixteen thousand five hundred ninety (16,590) square feet.
Please, place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday,
May 27, 2021, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida,
33133, for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A RELEASE OF
EASEMENT AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") AND LANCELOT MIAMI RIVER, LLC ("LANCELOT"), WHEREBY
THE CITY SHALL RELEASE EASEMENT AREA IV, AS IDENTIFIED IN THE ACCESS,
UTILITY, AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 11, 1990,
AS AMENDED, LOCATED UPON THE LANCELOT-OWNED PROPERTY AT 230 SW 3RD
STREET ("NEXUS SITE"), AND IN FAVOR OF THE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT
444 AND 460 SW 2ND AVENUE ("MRC SITE"), SUBJECT TO AND CONTINGENT UPON THE
EXECUTION OF A TEMPORARY ACCESS AGREEMENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE
CITY ATTORNEY, AND FURTHER SUBJECT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ACCESS, AS INDICATED ON THE ACCESS PLAN, ATTACHED
AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A", OR OTHER ACCESS PLAN APPROVED BY THE
CITY MANAGER ("ACCESS PLAN") WHICH SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ORDER TO
ENABLE THE CITY TO CONTINUE TO ACCESS THE PARKING GARAGE ON THE MRC SITE;
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL
OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR SAID PURPOSE, ALL IN FORMS
ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY.
Said proposed resolution may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the
hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or http://miamifl.iqm2.com five days before the date of the Commission
Meeting.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the
meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which
the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the
City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence
upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
