The proposed amendment contains approximately 42,023 square feet or 0.96 acres. The application is subject to small-scale amendment procedures as established in Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes, involving less than 10 acres of Subject Properties. Concurrently, the Applicant is requesting a change to the Miami 21 Zoning Atlas as a companion item (File ID# PZ-18-340). The companion application seeks to change the zoning of the Subject Properties from T3-R (Sub - Urban - Restricted) to T4-L (General Urban — Limited). A portion of 3277 Charles Ave applies to this application. The table below summarizes the request. Attachment A legally describes the Subject Properties.
