APPROXIMATELY 3227, 3247, 3257, AND A PORTION OF 3277 CHARLES AVENUE
AND 3256 AND 3270 WILLIAM AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
