27, 2021 at 9:00 A.M., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500

requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source purchase of one
thousand (1,000) SOP Inlet Filters with Stop Ocean Pollution, for pollution
reduction and protection of the waterways and Biscayne Bay, from Eddie
Lopez Technologies, LLC, located at 1801 Coral Way, Suite 315 Miami,
Florida 33145, is the sole provider of this purchase, for the Department of
Resilience and Public Works.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they
might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item you may contact
James Justin Griffin, Senior Procurement Contracting Officer, at the City of
Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1949.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or
represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition

y Obras Publicas para esta compra.
Las preguntas relativas a otras posibies fuentes de dicha oferta, que se

TO AND CONTINGENT UPON THE EXECUTION OF A TEMPORARY ACCESS AGREE-
MENT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, AND FURTHER SUBJECT
TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ACCESS, AS INDICATED
ON THE ACCESS PLAN, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT 'A', OR OTH-
ER ACCESS PLAN APPROVED BY THE CITY MANAGER ('ACCESS PLAN') WHICH
SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ORDER TO ENABLE THE CITY TO CONTINUE TO AC-
CESS THE PARKING GARAGE ON THE MRC SITE. FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY

PLEASE ALL TAKE NOTICE THAT a meeting of the City of Miami
Commission has been scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the City
of Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133. A
private attomey-client session will be conducted under the parameters
of §286.011(8), F.S. The person chairing the City Commission meeting
will announce the commencement of an attomey-client session,
closed to the public, for purposes of discussing the pending litigation
in the matters of Chalks Airline, Inc. v. City of Miami, Case Number
17-023207-CA-01, and Chalks Airline, Inc. and Nautilus Enterprises,
LLC v. Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority and City of Miami, Case
Number 18-030887-CA-01, both pending in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit,
in and for Miami -Dade County, to which the City is presently a party.
The subject of the meeting will be confined to settlement negotiations
or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. This private
meeting will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter
as the Commissioners' schedules permit) and conclude approximately
one hour later. The session will be attended by the members of the
City Commission, which includes Vice -Chairman Ken Russell and
Commissioners Alex Diaz de la Portilla, Joe Carollo, Manolo Reyes,
