The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May
13, 2021 at 9:00 A.M., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500
Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of considering
the award of a contract to the not -for -profit company, Dynamic Community
Development Corporation for the purpose of coordinating and implementing
the District 5 neighborhood owner -occupied affordable housing improvement
grant program, and to consider the recommendations and findings that
competitive negotiation methods are not practicable or advantageous.
Inquiries regarding this notice may be addressed to Elaine H. Black,
President/CEO, Liberty City Community Revitalization Trust at (305) 329-4707.
This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85(A) of the Code
of the City of Miami, Florida as amended (the "Code'). The recommendations
and findings to be considered in this matter are set forth in the proposed
resolution and in Code Section 18-85(A), which are deemed to be incorporated
by reference herein and are available as with the regularly scheduled City
Commission meeting of May 13, 2021 at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American
Drive, Miami, Florida 33133.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or
represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any
