Hi Nicole,
Yes, it is subject to veto and will be corrected via a scrivener's error memo. We were focusing on the
footnote which indicated that it is subject to veto. But for consistency sake we will add the customary
language to the body of the resolution as well.

I don't see any mayoral veto language in the legislation. Please confirm this is subject to veto and the legislation will
