A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Kenneth Schwartz Commissioner Ken Russell
Pat Santangelo Commissioner Jeffrey Watson
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Bayfront
Park Management Trust, each to serve for a term ending April 8, 2022, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
