LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Legal:
Lot 1, less the East 10 feet thereof; and all of Lots 2, 3 and 4, in Block 18, of NORTHERN
BOULEVARD TRACT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 29, of
the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida
TOGETHER WITH:
Lots 18, 19 and 20, less the South 9.90 feet thereof, and all of Lots 21, 22 and 23, and Lot 24 less
the East 5 feet thereof and less the West 5 feet of the East 10 feet of the North 45 feet, in Block
18, of NORTHERN BOULEVARD TRACT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 29, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.

Southwest and having a radius of 10 feet and being tangent to the
North line of said Lot 1, in Block 18 and being tangent to o line that
lies 10 feet West of and parallel with the East line of said Lot 1.
