grantor, and the CITY OF MIAMI, a Florida municipal corporation, P.O. Box 330708,
Coconut Grove Station, Miami 33233-0708, of the County of Miami -Dade, in the State of
Florida, grantee.
WITNESSETH that the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the said
grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said grantee, its successors in interest, for the purpose of a public highway and/or
road and other purposes incidental or related thereto, all right, title, interest, claim or
demand of the said grantor, in and to the following described land, situate, Tying and being

certain lenders (collectively, "Lender"), is the holder of (a) that certain Mortgage, Assignment of Leases

NOW, THEREFORE, Lender hereby releases from the lien of the Mortgage, ALR and UCC the following
