In September of 2019, PlusUrbia completed a community vision plan
with the residents and property owners of the neighborhood generally
bounded by N Miami Avenue, 1-195, 1-95, and NW 29th Street. This
area encompasses 143.5 acres of property. One intended outcome of
the NDR-2 is to create a new public benefit structure, including
incentives for the creation of affordable housing and local business
incubation, among other things.
